EPOXY TILE GROUT

STARRY Epoxy Tile Grout is two-component epoxy, quick-curing and environmentally friendly ceramic tile grout. It shows excellent tenacity, anti-humidity, anti-corrosion properties with good bonding to wood, ceramic, steel, concrete, glass, acrylic plate etc. It is widely used for indoor decoration with series colors.

Application:Beautify decoration sealant for gaps of ceramic tiles, mosaic, stone, wood, glass, ACP panel, etc, also suitable for edge banding in home decoration

Specifications:excellent features such as mould proof, antibacterial, anti-algae, water proof sealing, etc. Glossy like crystal, hard like diamond, high strength bonding, never change shape. No HCHO, , odorless, easy operation, won't crack.

Operation process:

1.After bonding the tiles, clean the surface of tiles and gaps, ensure it is dry and no dust.

2.Set the width of gaps, stick masking tapes on it

3.Seal the gaps by caulking gun

4.Float the surface of sealant by copper ball bar, clean extra sealant, remove the masking tape, final cured after 3 hours

Note:

Before using, caulk around 40cm sealant for test, in case this 40cm sealant mix no evenly, cause cured not well.

Storage:

Stored in its original unopened package in a dry and shady place below 27℃.

Shelf life:12 months in 5-35℃, avoid straight sunlight. In case bad storage environment, customers should test before using.
