ACETIC SILICONE SEALANT 668
STARRY ACETIC SILICONE SEALANT 668 is a room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) acetic cure silicone sealant with outstanding adhesive strength. It is suitable for universal indoor/outdoor applications such as glass to aluminum and other non-corrosive metals, all glass construction such as curtain walls, store fronts, windows, glass blocks @ glass cages, double glazing windows, filing gaps around door @ window frames, insulation finishing system, aquariums and sanitary ceramics.
Product Characteristics:
- One component, acetic curing, with excellent adhesion, high strength, high modulus, high flexible.
- For most building materials, it has excellent adhesive sealing performance without bottom coating, and has good flexibility, watertight and other functions.
Construction Guide:
- Can't be used for structural bonding assembly.
- Don't apply to all of the surface with exudation grease, plasticize and solvent.
- Can't construct when the material surface temperature <4℃ or >40℃.
- Can't bonding the materials containing cooper or copper alloy.
Safety Instructions:
- The workplace should pay attention to maintain good ventilation.
- Before curing should avoid contact with eyes, if contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water, then ask the doctor to check.
- After fully cured, the product will not release harmful substances nor damage cause to the skin.
- Before using this product, users must carry on the compatibility and bonding test first, confirm the product and substrate can meet construction requirements.
Storage & Shelf Life:
When stored in a cool dry place & in its original unopened packaging, STARRYACETIC SILICONE SEALANT 668will remain usable one year from date of manufacture.
