Operation Notice:

Preparation work:

Keep operation environment ventilated

Check spray gun and keep pipelinewater-less.

Check Spray gun and make sure that gun's function is normal.

Check material and insure thatitmatch adhesive

No water, oil, dirt on the material surface.

Keep far away from fire, heat source, etc.

Spray notice:

Keep 45°from spray nozzle to material surface.

Keep 0.5m from spray nozzle to material surface.

Gun pressure keep 6-8kg.

To actual requirement, spray in linear particulate or sector foggy.

Spray evenly, not too thick or thin.

Airing time:

After uniform spray, airing time is little different according to different product formula and process. Customers should not follow the former operation rules completely, or it wont bonding strongly. Low temperature and high humidity weather should prolong the airing time.

How to judge the airing time:

In general, when temperature is low and humidity is high, the solvent inadhesivewill volatilize slow, and can absorb water in air, then form white moisture on glue surface. Thus it will influence adhesion seriously, even lead to the adhesion failure. So, when temperature is low and humidity is high, we should prolong the airing time. The airing time isOKwhen the adhesive wont be taken off when touching adhesive layer by figure. But should not airing to much time, or will lead to adhesion failure.

Proper pressing lead to better effect

Pressingis important to adhesion effect.No matter how good the adhesive is, if there is no proper pressing, the effect of adhesion wont be the best. Generally, the more press, the better. But all press should be made in adhesive opening time
